We welcome applications from experienced property professionals who share our values: integrity, realism, professionalism, and people-first support. Not all applicants are accepted — we review every application carefully.
Our members arrive having already worked through structured courses, so by the time they reach you they know their numbers, their strategy, and the question they actually want answering. You spend less time explaining the basics — and more time doing the work that matters.
A different kind of referral
Property Powwow is a people-first AI community for UK property investors. Our members pay to learn calmly and thoroughly before they take action — they aren't chasing get-rich-quick promises, and we don't market that way to them.
The Mentor Network exists because, after the courses, members ask the same question: “who do I actually go to next?” Rather than send them into the wild, we point them at vetted professionals we're willing to put our name behind.
Joining is free, but the application process is selective. We'd rather have a small bench of people we trust than a long list we can't vouch for.

Our standards
We're putting our name next to yours. These standards apply to everyone in the network, regardless of seniority, reputation, or how long they've been on it.
Every mentor is reviewed for credibility, track record, and how they treat people — before they ever appear in front of our members.
We expect mentors to behave the way we expect our members to behave — calm, honest, no hustle culture, no pressure.
Property Powwow reserves the right to remove any mentor from the platform at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where complaints have been received, professional standards have not been met, or the mentor's approach no longer aligns with our community values.
Members never pay to be introduced
Property Powwow charges a one-time introduction fee to mentors for successful engagements. Members never pay the introduction fee. No subscriptions, no monthly listing fees, no auctions for top placement.
- Members are never charged to view, browse, or be introduced to a mentor.
- Professionals pay a single, modest introduction fee when an intro is made through the platform.
- Premium 'Curated Professional Introductions' members get strategy-matched intros first — but the fee structure for the professional is the same.
- If the relationship doesn't go anywhere, there's no recurring cost on either side.
We'll walk you through the exact fee structure during the application conversation — it's deliberately straightforward, and tuned to be fair for both new and established practitioners.
